Business Continuity Plan

A Business Continuity Plan (sometimes referred to as a Disaster Recovery Plan or Emergency Response Plan) describes the activity your organization performs to ensure that critical business functions will be available to customers in the event of a natural or human-induced disaster.

Disasters include but are not limited to floods, hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes as well as hazardous material spills, infrastructure failure and bio-terrorism.
